Jan explains how that system differs from ethical transplantation, how it was built first on Falun Gong practitioners and later extended to Uyghurs, and why the official story of death-row donors cannot account for the scale of the industry.
The conversation goes well beyond the crimes themselves. 
Jan and AFA President, Dr Karen Siegemund discuss why forced organ harvesting is a feature of the system rather than an abuse at its margins; the difference between Hippocratic medicine and a utilitarian ethic in which the Party’s survival is the greatest good; how “black class” propaganda and no-win coercion pull ordinary doctors, officials, and citizens into atrocity; and why freedom of conscience, what James Madison called the most sacred property, is the freedom totalitarian systems most need to extinguish.

Dr. Bradley Thayer, American Freedom Alliance Fellow, joined us in Washington, DC, for a celebration of his new book, America’s 100 Years’ War: How to Win Against Communism.
In his address, introduced by AFA President Dr. Karen Siegemund, Dr Thayer argues that the United States has been locked for a century in a contest between the spirit of 1776—Madison and the Founders—and the spirit of 1917—Lenin and the Bolshevik Revolution. 
He traces how Lenin invented totalitarianism, supplied the instruction manual in Left-Wing Communism: An Infantile Disorder, and launched the United Front strategy of boring from within: using liberal institutions against themselves. 
That playbook, carried forward by the Comintern and later by private networks, shaped the American Communist Party, the Chinese Communist Party, and successive efforts to penetrate unions, education, media, museums, and the Democratic Party (as Earl Browder urged by 1929). 
Front organizations such as the DSA continue the same leftward pull.
Dr Thayer also tallies the blood price Americans paid long before and during the Cold War—linked, he contends, to Lenin’s 1918 separate peace, Stalin’s wartime choices, Korea, and Indochina—and contrasts that record with what he calls the American trinity: an American spirit, political liberalism grounded in the individual and God-given rights, and Western civilization. 
The talk closes with a call to name the ideology as Leninism, reclaim the ideas industry, and end the hundred years’ war in an American victory. 

Dr. Bradley Thayer is a Fellow of the American Freedom Alliance, a prominent political scientist, and national security expert specializing in grand strategy, the rise of China, communist ideology, and threats to Western civilization. Holder of a Ph.D. from the University of Chicago, he has taught at institutions including the University of Minnesota Duluth and Missouri State University’s Department of Defense and Strategic Studies, served as a Fellow at Harvard’s Belfer Center, and worked as a consultant to RAND and in advisory roles for U.S. government security initiatives. A founding member of the Committee on the Present Danger: China, Dr. Thayer is a prolific author and commentator on U.S.-China relations, the historical evolution of communism from Lenin to the present, and the need to defend American liberalism and identity. He conceived the Spirit of America Institute to restore pride in our unique heritage and counter the domestic and international forces seeking to undermine it.
